Tuesday: 19:00 - 20:30 (Kilmacanogue)

Thursday: 19:00 - 20:30 (Ashford)

(2 minutes walk from 133 Stop, Ashford)

Classes are for all 12+ (under 18's should attend first with an adult).

(Please arrive about 20 minutes early to allow time for changing, placing mats, and some warming up)

Fees:

First class is free! 

There are also discounted rates for students and youth (primary up to third level), listed below.

The first classes can be paid pay-as-you-go if the circumstances require.
